Hi, I’m Lisa—a working mom in a blended family with two amazing teenage boys—and a certified intuitive eating counselor with a knack for helping people learn and unlearn (I even have a master’s degree in it!). My journey with intuitive eating began in college, and it has been a guiding touchstone ever since.
Recently, I earned a graduate certificate in AI, exploring how technology can support transformation. This inspired Terra, our AI Virtual Assistant, who bridges the gap between knowing and doing. Together, Terra and I help you break free from food rules, build self-trust, and embrace food freedom.
